See code officer to learn how this may effect you and your building projects. * New York State has mandated new SPDES (storm water run off) regulations effective March 10, 2003. Although this permit is obtained from DEC, the code officer is prepared to help you remain compliant during the process of construction. * Much more detail may be required about a construction project before the necessary permits can be granted. * We appreciate your efforts to remove any unregistered vehicles from your premises, as it has become necessary to increase our enforcement of these regulations. |
